Luxury sports car maker, Mercedes-Benz  launched, it’s smallest car, all new A-Class hatchback based on Merc’s new MFA platform (Modular Front-wheel Architecture) which first unveiled at 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March. It comes  both Diesel and petrol model  priced between  Rs 21.93 lakh to  Rs 22.73 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai). It’s rivals are VW Beetle and the Fiat 500.(Carwala)

The all new Mercedes-Benz A-Class comes in two model, three colors offers you 4 person seating space.  A 180 CDI Diesel is powered by  four-cylinder 2.2-litre diesel mill that produces 109PS and 250Nm of torque mated with a seven-speed dual clutch automatic transmission (7G tronic) promising ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 20.06kmpl while  A 180 Sport petrol  is powered by a four-cylinder 1.6-litre engine produces 122PS and 200Nm of torque offers you fuel economy 15.50kmpl.

It also offers you 40:60 split rear seats, Bi Xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights, panoramic sunroof, MP3, eco function CD Player and Bluetooth. It also includes advance safety features like seven airbags, ESP with Brake Assist, attention assist; hill start and hold function and  tyre pressure loss warning system.
