To steal the hearts of people around the world, Japanese Auto Manufacturer  Nissan launches the cheaper and efficient EV,  the all new 2013 Nissan Leaf EV with efficient heating system  priced between £15,990 – £25,490 in U.K and $ 28,800 to $ 34,840 in USA. (2012 Leaf price $36,500) which is available in U.K  by Mid 2013 to take on Honda Fit EV(118 MPGe), Ford Focus EV(105MPGe), Mitsubishi i-MiEV, Chevrolet Volt EV, Renault Zoe, Toyota Prius Plug-in and Vauxhall Ampera.(MSN)

2013 Nissan Leaf EV comes in three trims as S, SL and SV offers you five passenger seating space powered by 24 kWh lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery powers a high-response 80kW AC synchronous motor, rated at 107 horsepower and 187 lb-ft of torque  available with a standard 3.6 kW onboard charger and optional 6.6 kW onboard charger that reduces 220V charging time nearly in half to approximately four hours for full charge. It’s range extended to over 250 kilometers (155 miles) in any weather offers you 130 MPGe miles of EPA range  far ahead of the existing Leaf which offers you  73 miles by the EPA thanks to more efficient motors and lithium-ion batteries.

2013 Nissan Leaf will offer you the choice of seven attractive shades as Metallic Slate and Glacier White,Brilliant Silver, Super Black, Cayenne Red, Pearl White and Blue Ocean.
