Volkswagen Unveils 2013 Jetta Hybrid at 2012 Detroit Motor Show, Coming This November with Mileage up to 45 mpg

Volkswagen has beautifully crafted the most fuel-efficient Jetta unveiled at the 2012 Detroit Motor Show. I am talking about The 2013 Jetta Hybrid. It is as sporty as it is eco-friendly, will launch onto the market in November 2012, initially in the USA and Canada.
This is the second Hybrid from VW after Touareg Hybrid SUV. The Volkswagen 2013 Jeeta Hybrid is powered by a four-cylinder, 1.4-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with a 20-kW (27 hp) electric motor in the Jetta Hybrid which capable of producing 150 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque between 1400 rpm and 3500 rpm. This new Jetta is also the world’s first hybrid to use a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. What does that mean to you? It means the Jetta can deliver an estimated combined fuel economy figure of 45 mpg with no sacrifice in power and it can rocket from 0-60 time of 9.0 seconds with the top speed of up to 135 km/h / 84 mph. It also powered by a most powerful battery and coasting is similar the Porsche hybrids.
With its impressive fuel efficiency, turbocharged speed, innovative technology and standard safety equipment like Electronic Stability Control, anti-lock brakes and six airbags, the Jetta Hybrid embodies the Think Blue spirit of mobility that’s not only environmentally friendly, but fun.
