Tata Motors unveiled Safari Storme SUV at 2012 Auto Expo, To Take on Mahindra XUV 500

To counter the international  Auto brands like Audi, BMW, GM, Renault  and M&M, Tata Motors has unveiled new Safari Storme SUV at 2012 Auto Expo priced at 10 lakh. It’s the biggest competitor of Mahindra XUV 500.

New Tata Safari Storme is powered by a  2.2L 16-valve common rail (DiCOR), 2197cc engine  churn out peak power of 140 BHP along with 320 Nm of maximum torque matted with 5 speed manual transmission. This SUV offers you fuel economy of  11 km per litre city and  highway mileage would be around 15 km per litre.

New Safari Storme offers you luxurious  features like  The front seats with fore and aft adjustment and lumbar support, the dual AC with separate integrated roof-mounted blower, MP3 DVD player, Satellite Navigation system, panoramic sun roof and side ORVM turn indicator lights and advance safety features like ABS (Anti Lock Brake System) with ESP (Electronic Stability Programme) and EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution).
