2012 Detroit Auto Show witnessed the finest creation of Toyota Motors when Toyota Motors has unveiled new  2012 Prius C hybrid hatchback which going to hit the US market this Spring 2012. promising 50-mpg combined fuel economy and a starting price of about $19,000. Toyota also unveiled a concept plug-in hybrid sedan, the NS4, that may go on sale in 2015.

Upcoming  2012 Prius C will comes  in four trim levels and quite a bit shorter (19 inches), weight more than 500 pounds but less than existing Prius but offers you 17.1 cubic feet of cargo volume, the starting price of the base model will under $19,000.

The 2012 Prius C hybrid hatchback  powered by a 1.5-liter Atkinson-cycle gasoline engine in combination with a 45-kilowatt (60-horsepower) electric motor generator. Maximum power output is 99 horsepower. It also promising you EPA estimated fuel economy of  53-mpg city and 46 mpg Highway resulting  combined  50 mpg.

This is not enough new Prius C also offers you a navigation system, Bluetooth hands-free phone capability, iPod connectivity via USB port, Automatic climate control and a 16-inch alloy wheels, Tilt and telescoping steering wheel.
