On the eve of it’s 65th Birth day and Vespa celebrates with an edition dedicated to his milestone and designed new Vespa Quarantasei in the timeless styling of its 1945 MP6 scooter prototype in two version with four-stroke engine and the modern performance of a fuel-injected.
New Vespa holds 1945 MP6 98cc scooter design but powered by a next generation three-valve, four-stroke engine, designed by Piaggio Group scooters. New Quarantasei comes in tow Avatar, as 125cc and 150cc engine option . The 125cc engine capable of producing pic power crankshaft of 8.7 kW at 8,250 rpm and maximum torque of 10.3 Nm at 7,000 rpm while the 150CC engine producing pic power of 9.7 kW at 8,000 rpm and maximum torque of 12.6 Nm at 6,500 rpm .

I love the look of this Vespa! It’s got to be the best looking Vespa yet! I’m only a youngen so that’s my opinion anyway. It will be interesting to see if they go one up and eventually put the 250-300cc engine in from the GTS model… However, I look forward to seeing this being released! I wish there was an earlier release date but at least the date in mind gives me time to save my pennies! Can’t wait!
Great concept, I personally think it is closer to the 125 U model than the 46. It will be interesting to see what the final production model looks like as there are basics like side stand, main stand missing on the intro model. Aluminium body Hmmm Wonder what the technical specs are. Well done and hope to see it soon.
I think this is the most beautiful Vespa among modern model line. Finally Vespa looks like Vespa unlike ET nad LX were. Of course, the commercial model will be different. I am pretty sure US model will get new tail lights and turn signals. 150cc maybe will be good enough, 200 wouldn’t hurt.
This model has a great chance to be a new classic, potential collectible.
I think the price of 150cc will be in the range of LXV. $5000 would be reasonable price for such a beauty.
